About Rusty

Looking for occasional work with people with disabilities. For two decades, I've been dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of people with disabilities. My passion stems from years of working with children and adults with disabilities and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in their lives. I am well trained, patient, creative, friendly, and approachable. I follow the parents' lead regarding household rules and communication preferences, providing verbal updates at pickup or via text/phone. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games. My graduate degree and early childhood development coursework complement my hands-on experience caring for children of all ages. I am comfortable caring for up to two children or one adult and can assist with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, crafts, and swimming supervision. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. I hope to bring my experience and dedication to your family.
