About Russel

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my calling. With seven years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting well-being and independence through compassionate care. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I provide transportation, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and dementia care. I have SOME COLLEGE education. I'm patient, friendly, and prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and by following their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I look forward to bringing my experience and caring nature to your family.
