About Rumi

Hi there! My name is Rumi, and I am an 19-year-old student at PSA with a deep passion for childcare and supporting families. I have several years of experience babysitting children of all ages, including toddlers and children with special needs. My goal is always to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued, supported, and confident. • CPR & First Aid Certified. • Experienced in providing patient, adaptive care for children with special needs. When I'm not babysitting or studying, you can usually find me at a concert, reading, or relaxing at the beach. I'm a big animal lover (I have cats of my own!) and enjoy bringing that same positive, high-energy spirit to my work with kids through creative play and learning. • Available throughout the school year. • Summer 2026: I am available until June 30th - I will be back and available Aug 25th, 2026 • Future Planning: I am available for future summers and breaks if scheduled in advance.
