About Rue

I have always enjoyed caregiving careers. My favorite thing about care giving is that I am able to make real connections with people through creative activities, outdoor play, movie nights, puzzles, and cooking. I am patient, calm, and committed to open communication however preferred. I have respite care experience, and experience with special needs care. I'm currently learning Sign Language (ASL). I am also certified in CPR and First Aid, and crisis management. I can happily assist with cooking, light housekeeping, and fun crafts. I would love to bring my energy and experience to your family. A little more about me, I am a middle school paraprofessional in special education, as well as a part time artist during the days, and a part time student at Black Hills State University. I am working towards my psychology degree so I can help people heal. I am comfortable with children with disabilities, and im happy to assist in any way I can related to your child's special needs.
