I had my trial with Rudis when my son was 6 weeks and I instantly liked her. I hired her to start caring for him at 7 weeks. She is a natural with little ones. She is very respectful of what I like for my son and she also knew to wash her hands before handling the baby. With her experience she also knew of tricks that I did not know and have helped me learn. For example I did not know of a good product to trim my sons nails, but she recommended one to me and my son likes it. She also showed me of another way carry him to calm him. She is very attentive to my son and is very cautious to keep him in sight at all times and ensures he is in a safe place if she needs to use the bathroom. Overall she bonded well my son because he likes her and smiles with her all the time. She loves to play with him and keeps playtime very interactive. I feel very comfortable leaving him in her care. It is also very beneficial that she speaks Spanish so she can speak to my son in Spanish.
