About Rudee

Hello! My name is Rudee, and I am 26 years old. I have over 6 years of experience working in childcare, with a strong focus on special education. I currently work full-time at The Gywnn Center as a Special Education Lead Teacher, where I support children with severe autism and/or diverse learning needs. I work closely with children who require additional behavioral and academic support. I also collaborate with staff and families to ensure each child is receiving the care and attention they need to grow and thrive. I hold an associate's degree and am currently working toward my bachelor's degree in education, which continues to strengthen my knowledge and skills in the field. I pride myself on building strong, positive relationships with both children and families.
