Ruci was an absolute blessing to our family. From the moment she arrived, she was warm, professional, and immediately put us all at ease. She even went above and beyond by helping us find another caregiver, Lela, to cover additional shifts — and the two of them made a wonderful team. Both Ruci and Lela were incredibly thoughtful and patient with a very difficult client, which meant the world to us. We were a family that already had a live-in caregiver and were in need of respite support, and they stepped in seamlessly. They were great at cleaning, cooking, and truly handling everything that was needed. What impressed us most was their flexibility. When our schedule changed unexpectedly due to the patient being hospitalized, they adapted without hesitation and never missed a beat. We would hire Ruci again in a heartbeat. Any family lucky enough to work with her is in truly wonderful hands.
