About Ruchira

My name is Dr. Ruby and caring for children has been my calling for over a decade. My journey began humbly, working in local daycares, before growing into a career backed by hands on experience and a Doctorate in Curriculum and Teaching. During the past summer, I supported 2 families and took great pride in showing up fully for both. I helped with light household duties, tidied and organized kids' rooms, prepped snacks, and kept consistent feeding and nap schedules so little ones always felt safe and secure. I also loved tailoring my own engaging play activities for each child, because the best care is never 1 size fits all. I am Montessori certified and have worked with children of all ages & abilities. What truly makes me unique is a beautiful combo of nurturing instincts of someone who grew up genuinely loving this work, paired with knowledge of a childhood education doctoral graduate. I am warm, reliable, and energetic and would love to be a trusted part of your family!
