About Ruby

My passion for youth care stems from hands-on leadership, where I discovered an interest to make a positive impact on children's lives. As a 2nd-year Manufacturing Engineering student, I bring a calm demeanor, creative problem-solving, and strong mentorship to every family. My background includes managing groups of up to 12 as a Day Camp Counselor, guiding middle schoolers through STEM activities as a high school outreach ambassador, and serving as a Link Leader. I am also happy to offer tutoring and HW help. Certified in First Aid and CPR, I also serve as a University Police Community Service Officer, so safety is my top priority. I keep kids engaged with sports, board games, and educational activities, and am glad to help with light housekeeping. I value clear communication via text or end-of-day chats and look forward to bringing reliable, fun care to your family!
