Ruby was the best nanny, and is currently the best babysitter. I didn't expect this young girl to know more about childcare than me. But she is so knowledgeable on all things kids. She would create amazing ways to keep my kids entertained and off devices. She knew all these ways to stop tantrums and make my children feel heard. She would tutor them, the way she would guide them was amazing. My 9 year old has ADHD and she once showed up with a rewards program she had made with her own two hands and time off. It made it so my daughter could learn and take breaks in a very systematic way. Her grade went from C's to A's within a few months. Her teachers even told us around the same time that her interest in learning had increased by a large margin. Trust me if you don't hire her while you can someone will hire her and you would be losing out on so much. Again thank you Ruby.
