Hello! I am entering my 3rd year as a second grade teacher. I have been working in early elementary for 4 years. I am especially passionate about early phonics education and I offer additional tutoring services to emerging readers. I use science backed, evidence based instructional strategies for phonological awareness and phonics. I also offer tutoring in early elementary reading comprehension, writing, and math. I worked as a therapeutic chef in a medical retreat center for several years and I am experienced in cooking delicious and nutritious foods, customized to your needs. The opportunity to nurture, support, and care for children as a teacher has been a wonderful experience for me, and I would love to care for your child as a part time nanny, tutor, chef, or all of the above!
