My commitment to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors stems from a deep-seated passion. I am returning to caregiving due to life changes and am eager to provide reliable support to families. My previous experience at Baylor University Medical Center as a Certified & Registered Pharmacy Technician for 14. 5 years has instilled in me a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize clear communication with families through daily reports and regular updates via text or phone calls, as needed. Building trust, respecting independence, understanding preferences, and creating a comfortable environment are all essential to me when connecting with a care recipient. I am also adept at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I have some college experience, a car, and am comfortable with pets. I will be certified in CPR and FIRST AID.
