We booked Ruby on short notice to take care of our 2 year old daughter for one work day. She was wonderful with her, instantly connecting and making her feel at ease. I also appreciated her professionalism: she called me in advance to learn more about my daughter, and showed up right on time, despite an early start time and difficult neighborhood to navigate.
