About Ruby

Nurturing children comes naturally to me. With six years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens, I bring a patient, creative, and friendly approach to childcare. I'm happy to engage children in outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities that make learning fun. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time. I'm also happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and crafts. I have some college experience, and I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I'm trained in First Aid and CPR. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules and communicating about the day, whether through written reports or regular updates. Knowing I can positively impact a child's life makes this more than just a job for me.
