About Ruby

Hi there!! My name is Ruby and I am primarily a toddler teacher at Montessori Academy:)which causes my teaching style to fall under a very big Montessori influence. I am a play based teacher who is trained for care and has experience with infants all the way up to second grade! My previous experience includes 2 different nanny families, a very large daycare center where I was a floater teacher (a substitute) for the whole center, and my current position as a Montessori toddler teacher. I am so sad to be leaving my Montessori Academy but I'm moving states and starting school at Portland State this winter. While I am an experienced nanny and child care provider I know what I need and therefore I will expect a written agreement, paid time off, sick days as well as holidays off.
