About Ruby

With over three years of experience, I specialize in Math, English, Science, Test Preparation, Study Skills, and History for elementary through high school students. I adore working with elementary and middle schoolers, but as a Vanderbilt graduate and pre-nursing student, my expertise spans beyond high school material as well. I hold CPR training and First Aid certifications. Additionally, I offer nannying (4+ yrs experience) and transportation assistance if interested. Unlocking a student's unique potential through personalized support is the cornerstone of my teaching practice. Clear communication with parents and students remains my priority to ensure we meet every goal together. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student masters a difficult topic and celebrating their achievement are the greatest rewards of my work! I look forward to supporting your academic journey.
