Rubi is the ideal dementia caregiver. For seven months, she cared for my elderly mother who is in the advanced stages of dementia and needs help with everything: meal prep, mobility, bathing, dressing, toileting/incontinence. Sometimes Mom threw things or pinched her, but Rubi handled it all with calm good humor, expertly keeping Mom safe and restoring her good mood. Efficient, competent, physically strong, no drama personality, friendly and loving, she was Mom’s favorite.
