About Roz

Caring for children and helping them grow is something I genuinely enjoy. I have over 4 years of childcare experience working with children of different ages, personalities, and needs. I currently work in ABA therapy and have over 2 years of experience supporting autistic children, including verbal and nonverbal children and those with behavioral challenges. This experience has made me especially patient, attentive, and adaptable. I am CPR certified and prioritize creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment. I love outdoor play, arts and crafts, games, and planning activities around each child's interests. I also enjoy incorporating activities that help build communication, social, independence, and everyday skills while keeping things fun. I'm happy to help with meals, light housekeeping, transportation, and household routines. Most importantly, I want every child to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for!
