About Roy

I'd describe my personality as a responsible man who hold himself accountable, treats seniors with respect, protects their dignity, and honors the elders in the community. I like caring for seniors because I was raised by Southern gentlemen and ladies, surrounded by US Army Officers, worked with hospitals and physician practices across 24 states, and earned a MHA from USC. I want to improve the quality of seniors lives and their families lives. I'm looking for a job that leverages my education, training, and experience to improve the quality of life of seniors. I started caring for seniors with my mother in 2000 and my father in 2013 and as a nurse / CNA in May of 2025. In my spare time, I like to work as smart and hard as I can to be as healthy as I can. One thing you should know about me is I worked with care providers for 22 years. My skills include personal care, companion care, and medical care.
