About Roxie

Hi! I'm a college student majoring in Psychology & Radiology Technology. I'm also BLS/CPR certified & I'm a Certified Medical Assistant! Although I'm interested in healthcare, I've taken several child development classes to further my education while babysitting. I'm fully vaccinated & boosted. I'm currently looking for occasional, part-time, or full-time positions. This year I've gained experience working with three amazing families & their kids ages 5m-5yrs. I have experience with potty-training, sleep schedules, tracking milestones, and introducing solids. I know a fair amount of Spanish and the basics of ASL. In the past, I volunteered at a small church nursery/sunday school & cared for children from 7m-5yrs. I've also volunteered in a cross-age child development program that gave me experience with kids K-5. This course consisted of creating lesson plans, progress reports, & teaching literacy skills.
