About Roxie

Hello! I'm a college student majoring in Child Development Psychology. I'm looking for either full time or part time positions and I am very flexible with days and times. I'm also fully vaccinated and boosted. I'm most comfortable caring for infants and toddlers, but I get along with every age. I have potty-training experience, love to teach kids real-life skills like cooking and cleaning after ourselves, and using our words. This year, I've gained experience working with three amazing families and cared after their infants and toddlers. In the past, I volunteered at a small church nursery/sunday school and cared for children from 7m-5yrs. In high school, I volunteered in a cross-age child development program that gave me experience with children K-5. This course consisted of creating lesson plans, tracking progress reports, and teaching literacy skills in-person and online.
