About Roxanne

Hi! I'm Roxy. I started babysitting more than a decade ago and have also held positions as a nanny, a childcare provider at a pilates studio, a substitute teacher, and a tutor both in-person at an under-resourced middle school and for distance-learning during COVID. I'm certified in pediatric first aid and CPR, comfortable with pets, and have a clean driving record. Some of my favorite things to do with kids are bake, read together, work on art projects, and get outside to the park or playground. I believe in instilling a sense of compassion, independence, and social justice in children from a young age by creating an environment where they feel loved, heard, and supported. I'm ideally looking for a full-time nanny position in New York but am also open to part-time and one-time jobs.
