About Roxanne

My childcare experience is mostly from a non-profit I serve at called Community Rocks! I was a live-in nanny for their director for 3 years. The ages of the kids I cared for were 1 and 7. I left when the youngest started school. I still maintain a close friendship with them and continue to work for CR! as a music teacher and events coordinator. Here, I was a summer camp director, ran after-school programs, did community outreach to group homes for kids with behavioural challenges, and started a sensory open mic giving children with autism the space to express themselves without over-stimulation. I'm now pursuing a degree in nutrition and will be sitting for board certification for holistic nutrition upon my graduation, Aug, 27. I'm passionate about helping people develop positive relationships with food and ensuring they're getting the best, well rounded nutrition. I'm happy to serve your family for childcare and assistance in your home for laundry, light housework and transportation.
