About Roxanne

Hi! I'm Roxanne, I've been working as a caregiver for about three years now, and during that time I've learned a lot about patience, communication, and how to create a calm, supportive environment for kids and families. I have a degree in sociology, which gave me insight into child development and family dynamics, and I try to bring that awareness into the way I show up with kids - whether that's helping with routines, encouraging creative play, or just being a steady and kind presence. I enjoy keeping kids engaged with fun, screen-free activities like board games, outdoor time, arts and crafts, or educational games. I'm also happy to help with light meal prep, homework, bedtime routines - whatever your family needs. I believe in open communication with parents, following household rules, and creating a consistent and respectful flow that works for everyone. I'm here to support your family and help your child feel safe, cared for, and at ease.
