Roxanne was so amazing with our 2.5-month-old son when we came up to the Hudson Valley for a wedding. It was the first time we'd ever left him with someone who wasn't recommended by a personal connection (only the second time ever), so we were slightly apprehensive. Roxanne was responsive leading up to working with us and made sure to ask us all about our son's schedule and needs so she was prepared. Both evenings she worked with us she was punctual and professional and immediately jumped in to help as if she'd been working with us for years. She was very kind and caring attending to our son, singing to him, and reading to him as we got ready. We felt completely confident leaving for the evening. We checked in a few times to make sure everything was okay and she immedietely responded every time with full updates. She even kept meticulous notes of all the activities they did together as well as his feeding, sleeping, and diaper changes, which we had not asked her to do but greatly appreciated. We cannot recommend Roxanne highly enough!
