I started out as a live in caregiver for an 84 and 86-year-old couple. I showered, dressed, administered medication, grocery shopped, did housekeeping, accompanied to appointments, prepared meals, and provided incontinence care . I loved the job because I saw progression in their daily abilities. Since my first job 7 years ago I have worked with dementia, stroke victims, quadriplegic, Parkinson's disease, alzheimers, cancer, rehabilitation, and hospice. I have worked with a hoyer lift, gait belt, catheter care, feeding tube, and the bowel program. I was a Medic in the U. S. Army for 12 years, and I was a Surgical Tech in Labor and Delivery for 16 years. I am fully vaccinated for covid-19 and I am CPR and First Aid certified. I do this job because I love taking care of people.

Roxanne is the caregiver you need. She cared for my 81 year old husband until he passed. He had Parkinson's disease , a feeding tube and was in a wheelchair. Roxanne helped him with his pt and OT assignments, took him to Dr appointments, showed and dressed him. She always went the extra mile.
