I currently a teaching assistant at Springbrook a school and residential center for children with autism and other learning disabilities. I've been there now for 2 1/2 years and love every minute of it. While at work I help the students become as independent as they can by getting ready by them selves teaching them how to do things such as washing windows, vacuuming or cleaning their rooms. Are goal is to get the students to be as independent as they can be. We also do art activities and baking activities and learning lessons.
