From the moment Roxanne arrived, she was warm, professional, and instantly put both us and our baby at ease. She is reliable, punctual, and clearly love working with kids. Our child was engaged, happy, and excited to spend time with them — which says everything. Roxanne took the time to play, read, and follow our routines perfectly. They also kept everything tidy and gave us a thoughtful recap of the evening when we returned. We felt totally confident leaving our child in their care and would highly recommend her to any family looking for someone kind, trustworthy, and genuinely great with kids.
