I like working with kids because I believe children are wonderful people and have innocent hearts. Children are our future and I will work in any way I can to make sure that they feel confident and loved I started working with kids when I was 14 years old. I lived in a neighborhood where there were many children and I would often help their mothers take care of them. I would help babysit, tutor, watch them while they played in the neighborhood, and do whatever was requested by their parents. I used to study childhood developmental psychology.

Roxanna was so great with our 18 month old baby. Our baby woke up while we were out and Roxanna was able to get her back to sleep quickly and with no problems (which is not easy to do!). She was on time and communicated immediately. We'd love to use her anytime.
