Roxanna (goes by Jessica) ghosted us. She confirmed she'd watch our 10-month old on a certain day. Two days prior we informed her he had an ear infection, was on antibiotics, and asked if she was still comfortable watching him. We texted and called her numerous times over the days leading up to when she was going to babysit and she left us on read. I wish she just said "No, I can't," or "I'd rather not," so we had time to find an alternate. Really sad that a fellow mother would not show basic consideration for our time.
