My journey began with a deep-seated desire to support their well-being and independence, inspired by positive experiences in previous roles. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I understand the importance of building connections by understanding their preferences and personal history. I provide a range of services, including errands, shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, mobility assistance, and encouraging physical activity. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I communicate with families through verbal updates, regular texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I am fluent in both English and Spanish.
