About Roxana

I enjoy caring for older adults because it allows me to make a meaningful difference in their daily lives. As a registered nurse graduated in Cuba, I gained two years of experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, where I developed compassion, patience, attention to detail, and strong clinical skills. These qualities have prepared me to provide safe, respectful, and personalized care to people of all ages, including seniors. I value building trusting relationships, promoting comfort, preserving dignity, and supporting independence. My goal is to provide compassionate, high-quality care that improves the well-being and quality of life of every older adult I serve.
