About Roxana

Nurturing young minds is more than a job for me it's truly my passion. I have 8 years of experience as a caregiver and teacher in a Spanish immersion school, working closely with infants through 3-year-olds. I love creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment where children can grow at their own pace. I'm patient, creative, and friendly, and I enjoy offering children age-appropriate routines that include healthy snacks, outdoor play, nature-based learning, and Reggio Emilia-inspired activities. I am bilingual (English/Spanish) and CPR and First Aid certified, with coursework in Early Child Development. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping, simple meal prep, and crafts. I always follow parents' preferences and believe clear, consistent communication is key. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children, and it brings me so much joy to support families and make a positive impact in a child's early years.
