Hi there! I've supervised children for over 10 years, which includes all ages, though I primarily work with 5 and up now (exceptions are possible). Refs avail. I create a specialized care plan with you in terms of learning, care, errands etc. And have worked with various personalities and special needs. Also 10+ yrs exec assist/household management experience. Different rates based on scope of tasks, for example: childcare vs childcare+cleaning I grew up in northern Minnesota and was a bit of a nerd in high school (good with homework) and started college junior yr of hs. One of my favorite experiences was working with a nature school in Sedona, AZ. We collaborated on lessons for the children and incorporated nature play and exploration for the entirety of the care.
