About Rowena

I am an honest, hardworking and very reliable person. I adore children and working with the elderly. With 29 years of experience, I have worked in many domestic roles. As a nanny, I have extensive experience with newborns, toddlers and older children, including larger families with 3 +kids. I also have experience taking care of elderly and sick people. I am a good cook, and am used to making 3 meals a day for the families I have worked with. I make well-balanced, healthy meals, with low salt and low fat ingredients. I am happy to accommodate for dietary restrictions. In addition, I can balance many tasks including doing laundry, housekeeping and errand running, yet I do not drive. I live in Bethesda and manage well with Uber and public transportation. I am up to date with vaccines, including both COVID Moderna shots. I am very diligent at practicing social distancing in this time of Coronavirus, and I do not smoke. References available upon request.
