Dear Families, My name is Rosy. I understand how important it is for parents to find someone who is trustworthy, caring, and responsible. I am the mother of a 13-year-old teenager, which has given me strong hands-on knowledge of child development, patience, organization, and the daily responsibility that caring for a child requires. Because of this experience, I fully understand the importance of maintaining consistent routines, providing a safe environment, and offering loving and attentive care. I consider myself a very patient, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented person.
