It is with pleasure that I write this letter of reference on behalf of Rossy. Rossy has been looking after my daughter at a day care center since she was 3 months old. Over the past two years, I've seen my daughter grow and thrived both physically and socially under Rossy and the day care staff's care. Especially in the beginning, Rossy diligently kept a record of my baby's activities during the day to keep me up to date on her progress and answered all my first-time mom questions patiently.
