About Rossana

I'm a fun, loving, and energetic nanny with over 20 years of experience, especially with families of multiple children. I've had the joy and privilege of helping siblings grow up together-starting when they were babies and staying through their early school years. I was with my first family for 7 years, my second for 14 years, and my third for 3 years-each household with two or more kids. I'm currently working full time with a family of three children, but as their youngest starts school this fall, I'm actively seeking a new full-time role. I love teaching kids with creative, hands on learning - such as reading, writing, arts and crafts, baking, and play - to to help them develop and get ready for school. I believe in strong, open communication with parents and always follow their lead when it comes to routines and discipline. As a mother myself, I understand how much trust it takes to leave your children in someone else's care, and I treat every child as if they were my own.
