**Seeking my next nanny family for a full-time position beginning July 2026.**

Hello expecting and new parents,

I'm a 54-year-old empty-nester mom and career nanny with 15+ years of experience caring for infants and toddlers ages 0-3. 

Families describe me as calm, confident, nurturing, reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and intuitive to the needs of both children and parents.

I bring a thoughtful, professional approach to each day. I create a safe, structured, and loving environment where babies can thrive. I'm attentive to developmental milestones, respectful of routines, and adaptable as little ones grow and change. Roslyn was absolutely fantastic. She was amazing at engaging, entertaining, feeding, bathing, and getting our 7-month old daughter to sleep. Our daughter had a great time and we couldn’t have been happier. 

I was nervous to leave my fussy 7-week-old with a sitter for the first time and Roz was so warm and reassuring. She was punctual, communicative, and clearly an expert in infant care and early childhood education. We were so lucky to find Roz and highly recommend her!

Roz is professional, caring and trustworthy. Our 1.5 year old felt immediately comfortable with her. She sent us updates and made us feel like our son was in great hands. She was comfortable with our large dog and our rescue dog which was a bonus! 10/10 and will hire again!

Any family would be lucky to have Roslynn as a nanny! Roz has been taking care of our daughter (from 14months old till now 19months). Roz arrives everyday right on time and always communicate if there is a traffic. In addition to being punctual, Roz is extremely reliable, trust-worthy and considerate from day 1. She is also good at singing, playing game, planning outdoor activities with our girl who adores Roz. Roz is quick to offer help and is willing to help with light housework when she has time. Whenever we ask her to stay longer or come in earlier, she's always willing to accommodate as long as we communicate ahead of time and when it works for her schedule. Roz is the best nanny out there you can find!

I highly recommend Roslynn W as a nanny. Roz cared for our two girls (ages: 2 year old girl and 4 month old girl), and we always knew they were in great hands. Roz would sing, read books and play with our toddler and was a complete natural with our young infant. It is very hard to find caregivers you immediately trust with a young baby and toddler, and Roz was that. She worked evenings for us and would juggle getting both girls down to bed very well, while also always being willing to do things to help around the house. She is reliable, hard working and a very trusted caregiver. We felt very lucky to have found Roz during such a busy time in our lives and wish she could still care for our girls if she didn't have to move away.

Roz was amazing with my 4 month old, our schedules only aligned for about 6 weeks, but I wish we could have stayed with her for much longer! She was always singing and joyfully chatting to our kiddo.  She's still the only one who ever managed to get him to take a bottle and helped us work through some feeding issues.

We hired Roz as a part time nanny to care for our baby girl when she was 4 months old. As soon as we spoke to her and met her we knew she had a gift with babies. Her soft voice and calm manner helped our baby girl feel instantly comfortable with her. She was genuinely excited every time Roz arrived in the morning! 

Roz stayed with us while our daughter was 4 months to 10 months. If it weren't for the pandemic we would have loved to have had her with us much longer! As first time parents we learned a lot from Roz on new and different things we could try to help our baby's development. 

We loved that we could lean on her expertise while feeling comfortable that Roz would follow our own parenting philosophies as well. For example, we had trouble with naps. Roz took the lead on gently sleep training her to sleep in her crib and shared best practices with us. We highly recommend her!

Our family had the great pleasure to have Roz help take our oldest child to and from his school each day for the first few years of school.  Our most important consideration was making sure someone was safe and dependable. Roz was always on time, ensured the car seat was well positioned and secure, and made sure that he arrived safely and on time. What we didn't quite expect was how much fun our son would have with Roz during his rides and the bond they would form. They would have great fun during his rides talking about Legos, things he would like to build, and monster trucks he would like to see. She really created a great bond with him that made him feel secure and excited about school.  He looked forward to the rides and often tell us of the fun he had.  Roz topped it all off when she gifted him her son's old Legos.  He still plays with them.  We would strongly recommend her.

Roz is a wonderful mother of four who is kind, dependable and caring. I would highly recommend her!

Roz has been watching our kids (and dog!) for the past few years and we count ourselves lucky to have found her.  She is extremely engaging with our children and has a very warm, yet professional demeanor.  We know our family is in great hands.  I highly recommend Roz! 

Roz is wonderful withal kids, especially babies and toddlers! She took great care of my son and was always coming up with fun projects for them to do and loved taking him outside to play. My son absolutely adored her! Roz is warm, loving and creative and extremely responsible and reliable. I highly recommend her!
