I was impressed by the fact she actually showed up to the interview. Most people didn't even answer their messages. She is a very sweet girl. I sent in the background check, and it was taking a long time to come back. Things happen. I told her that if everything came back clean, she had the job. That's when she stopped talking and responding to my texts. I started to get a bad feeling, so I rescinded my offer of employment to her. She does not seem very reliable, and I am not sure if she would show up to work on time or put my kids first. She has great potential, but she is not ready to be in charge of watching someone else's kids right now.
