We’ve been incredibly fortunate to have Rosie care for our three children (aged 11, 9 and 4) over the past year. The older ones have a bunch of outside school commitments, and her warmth and attentiveness to their (often conflicting needs) make her exceptional! She is great nanny. She comes highly recommended, with more than a decade of experience in child development and care. She is very hands on and encourages the children  to learn, play, and be independent. Through our time with her the children picked up so much. She now loves to sing, dance and has an advanced vocabulary and comprehension for her age. Rosie was a life saver at night when our twins were babies. She worked with us for almost two months at night and is an amazing help for new parents. She has so much knowledge about babies and sleep and helped us get our twins on a schedule and sleeping through the night. Rosie was always on time and never cancelled, and was kind, compassionate, and great with the babies. We liked her so much we recommended her to two other new moms, who also loved her

Rosie was extremely dependable and hardworking and is very good with children of all ages. She got along with us and everyone she interacted with in our community. We hired her when our former nanny became ill and she stopped working for us only because we moved away.

She was never late and never called in sick unexpectedly. A few times during the year our own children got her sick, and she still came to work and cared for them. As per her own personal policy, she only worked for our family and thus she was able to accommodate our busy schedules. She was willing to come in early or stay a bit late if last minute schedule changes required it and we did our best to not take advantage of her flexibility. 

Her specific duties were food preparation for the children, pickup/drop off at school ( via walking) and organizing day to day activities of the children. Occasionally asked Rosie to prepare dinner for the entire family and she was more than willing to help out. 


We love Rosi. We hired her as a night nanny for our son for two months - from when he was four months old, through six months. He was not an easy baby, and had developed bad sleeping habits due to early gastric difficulties. At the time that Rosi started, he would be wide awake at 10p, playing and cooing! Then putting him to sleep involved lots of acrobatics - bouncing him on a yoga ball, bounce-walking him round and round the room, pacifier, you name it. And repeat two or three times, with feeds thrown in. Two months on, he now sleeps through the night, no feeds, no picking up!

Rosi has tons of experience, and it really shows. Her very first night, she knew all the right 'moves' to make our baby comfortable, without having to be shown anything. She was also familiar with all the baby equipment - bottle warmer/rocker. Her phone is loaded with great soothing sound tracks, like rain sounds that she plays for the baby. She is a complete pro. She taught us many baby tricks to keep the baby comfy and sleeping longer. And once our baby's gastric troubles were sorted, she helped us sleep train him.

Hire Rosi! We felt totally confident leaving our baby in her care. She is very patient, knowledgeable, responsible, and great to work with. She gave us the biggest gift new parents can get - a full night's sleep!

Rosi cared for our twin boys from the ages of 2 months until 7 months.  Rosi was very confident and comfortable coming into a chaotic situation with 2 small twin preemie (35+ weeks) boys.  The boys really enjoyed Rosi's company and she helped us as first time parents to raise them into strong and growing 7 month olds that show no sign of being preemies.  Rosi is very practical at juggling multiple tasks and always keeps the safety of the children in mind and concentrates on their physical health and well-being.  She also helped to encourage the boys to meet their physical developmental goals and enabled us to raise very social 7 months old.  In addition Rosi was an invaluable resource for teaching us how to sleep train the boys and getting them to sleep through the night by 3 months to recover and make our quality of life much easier. She is dependable and punctual a must for every family with small children.

Rosie worked for us as a night nanny since my son was 1 month old through his third month. During these 2 months, I got a chance to rest. Also, as a first-time-mom, I learned a lot about caring for my son at night from Rosie. By his third month, my son had a predictable schedule, so we felt comfortable taking over the night shift as well. Although we had some schedule mixed up, Rosie was very dependable and always on time. We had a bit of a communication problem. Also I did not like the fact that she never asked anything and she always goes by her instinct. Overall, she is very responsible person and I would recommend her as a night nanny.

Rosilene cared for our son as part of a nanny share and we couldn't speak more highly of her. She joined our families when the boys were still crawling and helped them to grow into active, smiling and loving best friends.  Her energy and dedication was evident in how excited the boys were when she arrived each morning. Rosilene cared for my son and his friend in a nanny share arrangement starting when the boys were about a year old until they started preschool. Rosie worked for our family from January to July 2009. When she started our twin boys were 4 months old and Rosie quickly became an indispensable part of our family. We were impressed with her infant care and health credentials when we interviewed her but what really wowed us on the job was how unflappable she was. Even though she hadn't cared for twin infants before, she didn't seem phased by the enormous task. In fact, many afternoons we would come home to find the toys put away even though that wasn't part of her obligation with us, the bottles washed and ready for the evening, and our sons giggling with Rosie. While we were tired new parents, Rosie seemed full of energy with our boys and ready to play games, sing songs, and actively engage with them. She was very attentive to their needs and paid very close attention to them as individuals, noticing our sons similarities and differences and personalities. She connected with them very quickly and they with her. One of the best recommendations that I could give for her is that my son's faces would light up in the morning when she walked through the door, as if they were saying that their friend Rosie was there. Rosie has and uses very good instincts in caring for children. I appreciated how she always encouraged our little ones to try and do new things. Rosie helped their physical development through trips to the playground and little exercises and she interacted with them in ways that I'm convinced made them much more alert and aware socially. Her experience benefited us as a family as she helped our little ones start sleeping through the night at five months, make the transition to solids (she's a great baby cook!), and safely start crawling and cruising around our home. Rosie is priceless and there is no way to say more about her. We loved having her take care of our twin boys.
