About Roshaunda

I'm a substitute teacher, MAT candidate, and experienced caregiver. I'd describe my personality as fun, nurturing, and detail oriented. I like working with kids because it helps me keep a youthful spirit while still maintaining maturity. I'm looking for a job that will allow me to broaden my experience and sharpen my skills. I started working with kids when I was about 8 years old. I'm the oldest of my siblings and was in charge of looking out for them. From there I branched out into babysitting as a teenager, facilitating after school programs while in college, and finally focusing my career towards education. In my spare time, I like to write and do arts and crafts, listen to music, watch tv, and hang out at the beach with my family. One thing you should know about me is when I put my mind to something I will definitely get it done. My skills include observation, communication, and safety.
