She is thorough with everything that she does. She is on top of the patient's needs and wants. She knows how to encourage the patient to eat their food, bathe, take their meds. She also is aware of when the client is trying to over Medicare themselves and if the client won't listen, she calls the doctor to explain the dosing schedule. She called me daily to report on my aunt's status, and gave informed ideas of what my aunt might need in the days to come. She really cares about her patients and it shows.
