Rose is lovely and kind, responsible, and caring. She is a good communicator, always letting me know when she arrives and leaves my mother's home and how the day went. She is accommodating, happy to do the shopping or to take my mother to the nail salon or medical appointments. Rose is flexible; if you need her to fill-in on a day she wasn't scheduled to work, she'll be there in a pinch. Her even-keeled personality serves her well, as she is able to remain calm, even in the midst of drama, and doesn't take bad behavior personally. I can really count on Rose and that is a great comfort. I highly recommend her caregiving services!
