Rose is a wonderful nanny! She cared for our daughter from 4 months old til 2 years old. She always followed our lead as parents tending to our Child's needs as we requested while also providing thoughtful suggestions when asked. Rose balanced play time with learning time to actively engage our child. She also was reliable by being on time and communicating in advance any appointments where she needed to take time off.
