About Rose

Hello! I am a certified elementary public school teacher. I have been teaching ESL for the past three years to grades K-5. I taught English abroad in Spain for two years and my major in college was Spanish, so would love to share my enthusiasm of the language and culture with the children. I worked with a wonderful family during Covid and cared for their 6-month-old and watched him grow into a toddler. My responsibilities included naptime, changing diapers, prepping child's meals, engaging in play (outdoor and indoor), and picking them up from daycare. I have experience working at a daycare as well with toddlers, created engaging lessons and story time with Miss Rose was always a favorite as I love reading stories. As a teacher, I am off for the summer and miss working with children and would love to find a family to work with.
