Hello there! My name is RoseLynn and I'm an online Master's of Elementary Education student with a flexible nannying schedule. When I am with kids, I focus all of my attention on them and my responsibilities to the family. I deeply value early literacy and enjoy reading with kids of all ages. I implement an active approach when spending time with kids and use developmental stages to inform age appropriate play. I have 7 years of paid experience with children ages 3 months - 10 years. I also have experience in a certified childcare center with babies age 3 to 18 months. My ideal client is open and direct in their communication. I can prepare healthy meals and snacks, carry out household chores as needed, and provide safe transportation for a range of ages. I have a seal of biliteracy in Spanish and a food handler's license. I believe in teaching expected behaviors, setting safe boundaries, and redirecting kids as needed. Mostly, I emphasize being safe and having fun!
