About Rose

I am 20 years old, and a current sophomore at Hope College. I am First Aid trained and have taken coursework in early child development as well as in the process of earning an Elementary Education degree. I am passionate about helping children grow and develop healthily! With six years of experience caring for children all ages, I am comfortable managing multiple children at once and can keep them engaged with a variety of activities. I believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can explore and learn through play. I am patient, calm, and creative, and I always put the child's best interests first. I am comfortable enforcing household rules, and I always follow the parents' lead. I communicate with parents regularly about their child's day and any issues that arise. I am also willing to help with, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I am home in Oakland MI during the summer and will looking for a full time nanny position!
