About Rose

I hired Rose to help out at the family middle school graduation party for my son. The first thing that impressed me about her was her response to my job posting. I have posted many different types of jobs and usually get a generic response. Rose was one of those rare responses that actually addressed her ability and experience with the tasks as laid out in the job posting. She arrived at the job a few minutes early and was ready to go to work. I gave her a list of responsibilities and she was very focused on completing items as efficiently as possible. She helped set up decorations, made and assembled some food items (definitely A+ experience in this area), and most importantly was extremely attentive to assisting guests with getting their food and drink. She worked quickly, stayed organized, followed directions, and adapted to changing needs throughout the party. These are all things she stated were her skills and she definitely exceeded my expectations. She committed to make our party a success in her message applying for the job. She certainly surpassed this expectation with multiple party attendees expressing their appreciation for her assistance and admiration for her hard work. She was a joy to have at our party and took so much stress off my shoulders allowing me to enjoy my family.
