I hired her weekends and on Friday night at 8:00 pm, she texted me saying she was sick and could not work. She left me scrambling trying to find capable people to help me out for the weekend. I have surgery Monday morning and need to be ready. I would have appreciated her contacting me earlier in the day. Try finding a caregiver on a Friday night!
